REFUND POLICY

The Xoom Shop offers a 15 day return policy on all cell phone accessories, excluding opened CD/software, as long as the item(s) are returned in “new” condition. An item is considered “new” if the item has never been used, installed and it is in the same condition as it was received from The Xoom Shop. The item must be returned in the original packaging and must not have scratches, dings, dents or show signs of usage. Items returned must include all original accessories and packaging including manuals, software, cables, unaltered and unmodified, in order to qualify for a refund. Returned items that are not considered “new,” show signs of wear, or do not include the original packaging or included accessories, will be denied and refund will not be issued.

All requests for refunds must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product and the return package must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of the order. Items returned for a refund shall have a valid RMA number to qualify for a refund. Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be denied and Think Mobile Solutions will not be responsible for the returned package.

When returning an item, the RMA number must be clearly marked outside the package containing the returned item(s). Returns are made at the customer’s expense and The Xoom Shop will not issue refunds for the shipping fee for any reason. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item back to The Xoom Shop, located in Northern Virginia. The Xoom Shop recommends that customers use a traceable service when returning an item, such as UPS, DHL, USPS (with delivery confirmation), or FedEx. The Xoom Shop is not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier used to return the item nor damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns that are considered non-defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Packages that are refused without prior notice will be charged accrued shipping charges even if free shipping method was chosen. Customers who chose UPS shipping methods may also accrue surcharges from UPS for refused packages. This policy applies for incorrect addresses, undeliverable address, expired forwarding services and any others that require The Xoom Shop to reship a package.

Please note that The Xoom Shop does not offer refunds or exchanges on opened CDs or software, used screen protectors, stickers, antenna boosters and other products with an adhesive backing, all of which are exempt from this return policy. Only same item replacements may be offered for these products.

Exchanges and replacements do not qualify for refund unless returned within 15 days of the original order. Replacement items or exchanges are considered as changes made to the original order and do not count as a “new” order.

Returns for refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after receipt of the return.

To request a refund for an item, complete the “The Xoom Shop Return Form” and indicate “Refund” on the “Refund/Exchange” field of the form. Include the form with your return. Be advised that returns for refund of non-defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
