SHIPPING POLICY
United States
The Xoom Shop offers low shipping rates on all orders within the United States, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the weight of the package. Other shipping options such as 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping are available at an additional cost.
Canada
The shipping rate for orders shipped to Canada is a flat rate of $6.95. Orders to Canada may be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on weight and are subject to customs fees, duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees for returned orders are not refundable.
Other Countries
Orders shipped to countries outside the United States will be charged $29.95 and fly Fed X International. Delivery 3-5 days. International shipping rates are subject to change. Please contact The Xoom Shop at info@thexoomshop.com. The Xoom Shop ships to the following countries:

Note that orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to applicable customs fees, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Also certain warranties are not covered outside the United States.

Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). The Xoom Shop does not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Some orders may not be processed for 2-3 days because of billing verification procedures. If The Xoom Shop is not able to fully verify your billing information, your order will be cancelled and an e-mail will be sent stating that your order could not be processed. The Xoom Shop reserves the right to deny orders at its sole discretion.
Please be aware that processing time is not the same as delivery time. The delivery time of any order includes the processing time plus the shipping time.
